The Makem and Spain Brothers walked away with the honor of Best Folk Act at the Spotlight Awards in Portsmouth, NH on Wednesday, April 25, 2007. Shane, Liam and Conor accepted the award in front of a crowd of about 400 at the Portsmouth Music Hall.
