Iowa Public Television has released a CD/Cassette of twenty acoustic songs performed by acts that have appeared on their show "Old Time Country Music." The Makem Brothers were proud to have two of their songs included. The songs were taken from their live performance on the show in 1997. They are "Spanish Stars" and "New South Wales."

Some of the other artists on the recording are: Stoney Lonesome and Peter Ostroushko; Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys; Don Edwards; and Mac Wiseman. It is very much a bluegrass album.
