The Makem Brothers have begun recording a new album. The recording will be the first release with the new five-person lineup.
As of March 6, 2003 there were four songs completed: Three Drunken Maidens, Down in the Valley, Sound the Pibroch and Four Pounds a Day. In addition there are two songs partially recorded: Freedom on the Wallaby and Leezy Lindsay.
